Meet Sarah:

Sarah is passionate about helping women achieve their best quality of life through healthy lifestyle. Having undertaken her own health transformation, she has firsthand experience in the challenges of creating (and maintaining) lifestyle changes through implementing systems to support healthful habits.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences with a minor in Gerontology from Saginaw Valley State University; a Master’s in Public Health Education & Promotion from Eastern Michigan University; and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

In addition to coaching women on their health journey, Sarah enjoys spending time taking nature walks, practicing yoga, painting and photography, and reading with her two cats on her lap.

One of Sarah’s favorite joys is being able to host friends and family. Her goal is for any guest to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. One of the offerings Sarah always has for company is a warm cup of tea or coffee. There is something extra cozy and intimate about the conversations shared over a warm cup of comfort.

Sarah created Cup of Wellness, LLC to share this experience with you. During sessions, Sarah creates a comfortable environment to hold space for you and focus on your journey to optimal health. She encourages you to approach each session as a chance to become grounded, heal, and energized for the next steps in your journey.
