Growing Joy: The Plant Lover's Guide to Cultivating Happiness (and Plants)
This is one book you can definitely judge by its cover (and title). Growing Joy is written by my long-time favorite podcast host, Maria Failla of Bloom and Grow Radio. The tone of this book makes you feel like you’re having a delightful conversation with a friend- just sitting in a living room or planty balcony.
Maria shares how learning to care for plants helped her in learning to take better care of herself- in turn, transforming her life into one of joy and admiring the beauty and connection we have with our world.
If you’re looking for a delightful read to accompany your morning coffee routine (or any time of day), this book is perfect.
